As a self motivated 3D Artist, my diverse skill set in modeling, texturing, and post-production of 3D renders has allowed me to be a part of many different types of projects throughout development, meeting the diverse needs of my clientele. I am eager to learn while being detail oriented and organized. I am also flexible and open to new ideas and methods to support and improve myself and my company.
•Create photorealistic renders while working closely with architects, designers and developers on some of Malibu’s largest real estate developments.
•Responsible for modeling, texturing, scene/object lighting, rendering and post-production throughout project development.
•3d modeled or sourced custom art and decor based on client’s specific needs.
•Able to meet daily and weekly deadlines independently while revising designs based on feedback given from clients.
•Introduced real-time animation programs (Twinmotion, Lumion) to the work-flow bringing life to client’s designs and to provide immediate feedback for developing projects.
•Photographing development job sites and working with drone photographers on projects to ensure accuracy with renders.
•Responsible for creating 2D concepts to 3D renderings of a center platform terminal for the Bus Rapid Transit system from information from the architect firm.
•Working as a team, created and presented designs to city planners at the Institute for Transportation & Development.
•Assisted the Sales and Product Design departments to improve efficiency in customer communication and acquisition through the development of company created application, Blu Design Studio.
•Maintained database of hundreds of configurations of 3d asset bundles and materials of homes including layouts, palette colors, appliances packages, etc.
•Worked with programers to link the database to the application, which was then used by customers to create their dream home.
•Developed VR walk through utilizing Oculus Rift to give clients a view of their prospective prefabricated house.
Created an online six-part tutorial showcasing a stylized video game art environment using Unity5x. Students were shown the process of creating the stylized texturing for the 3D models, materials, cameras and lighting.
Conceptually designed a main character for a prospective hybrid-lottery video game. The character had various personality traits and a wardrobe of assorted clothes and accessories.
Designed a proof of concept for a prospective movie trailer based on the client’s book. Established a pipeline utilizing Zbrush/3dsMax (GoZ) function making client edits a snap. Character animation was introduced to the client via Mixamo’s
auto-rigging system, thus hastening the overall production meeting deadlines.
